You will need the following information to hand:

1. Your author ID Number
2. Your book's title and ISBN
3. Required Delivery address (Must be a residential or commercial address - not a PO Box)
4. The number of books required

Your order will be routed to the nearest printing location; for instance if you live in New York, the books will ship from our Pennsylvania or Tennessee printing facilities to keep ground shipping costs low. When calculating delivery times, please allow time for both printing and shipping.
